The Agricultural Institute of Slovenia is a public research institute that conducts fundamental, applied and developmental research, as well as carrying out professional tasks in agriculture. The Institute publishes the results of scientific research and professional and control-related work. It carries out tasks based on official authorisations and accreditations and assesses the quality of agricultural products and products used in agriculture. The Institute also provides training for producers and offers educational and advisory services to various stakeholders in agriculture.
