Last March, two discussion sessions were held on the challenges and opportunities of the Arbequina olive sector in Catalonia, prior to the project’s sampling phase.

These sessions brought together farmers, researchers, technicians and policymakers to:
- identify key sector challenges
- share knowledge
- co-create innovative solutions
The Living Lab Arbequina Catalunya (LLAC) was also presented, aimed at promoting sustainable practices, improving climate resilience and strengthening the sector’s value chain.
A key meeting space that helped guide the subsequent fieldwork and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
